AI Fasting User Agreement

Welcome to the "AI Fasting" application (hereinafter "the App"). Before using the App, please read and understand this User Agreement carefully. By using the App, you are deemed to have accepted all the terms herein.

1. Service Content

This product is an intermittent fasting management app developed by Zeng JuYing, aiming to help users improve dietary habits and health via science-based fasting plans, AI recognition, and health advice.

2. Acceptance and Changes

This Agreement is the legal contract between you and us for downloading, installing, and using the App. We may update the Agreement within the scope permitted by law. The modified Agreement takes effect upon publication without further notice.

3. User Identification and Device ID

The App does not require account registration or sign-in. Usage data is recognized and recorded based on a device-specific identifier (e.g., device ID). Deleting the App or clearing data may result in loss of history, which cannot be recovered.

4. Service Description

The App is a health management tool designed for intermittent fasting, providing:

• Fasting timer and progress tracking
• Personalized fasting plan
• Health data logging (weight, water intake, steps, etc.)
• AI food recognition and calorie estimation
• Health advice and nutrition guidance
• Fasting reminders and progress notifications

5. User Responsibilities

You shall provide accurate information, secure your device, and use the App for personal purposes only. You shall not reverse engineer, interfere with operation, or infringe intellectual property rights.

6. Health Disclaimer

Information provided by the App is for reference only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult professionals before starting a fasting plan. If you have health issues or take medication, consult your doctor before using the App. We are not liable for any health problems arising from use.

7. Data and Privacy

We respect and protect your privacy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. Except as expressly authorized, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App. All rights reserved by Zeng JuYing.

9. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time. If you violate this Agreement, we may restrict or terminate your access. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Service Provider's location. Disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a competent court or arbitration body at the Service Provider's location.

12. Agreement Modification

We may amend this Agreement at any time. The updated Agreement will be published in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is subject to the jurisdiction of the Service Provider's location. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the use of the App shall first be settled through good-faith negotiation; if not resolved, it may be submitted to an arbitration body or a court with jurisdiction at the Service Provider's location.

14. AI Health Advisor and Data Transmission

When you use the AI Health Advisor, we temporarily transmit fasting- and health-related data to third-party AI providers to generate personalized advice. There is no built-in off switch in the current version; if you do not wish your data to be transmitted, please do not use this feature, or temporarily disable your device's network connection (Wi‑Fi/cellular). When offline, AI advice will be unavailable. AI-generated advice is for reference only and is not medical advice.

15. Device Security and Compliance

Do not jailbreak or root your device. Such actions may pose security risks and cause the App to malfunction or become unavailable.

16. Use by Minors

The App is not intended for children under 13. Minors must use it with guardian consent and supervision.

17. Subscription and Payment Services

To ensure you can continue using premium features after your subscription period ends, the AI Intermittent Fasting App provides auto-renewal services with the following terms:

Auto-Renewal Subscription Terms:

• Subscription Content: After subscribing, you will unlock all premium features, including AI Health Advisor, dietary recommendations, data analysis, multiple fasting plans, etc.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you manually turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Billing: The system will automatically charge your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the current subscription period expires and extend the subscription period.
• Manage Subscription: You can view or cancel subscriptions in iOS [Settings] → [Apple ID] → [Subscriptions]. If canceled during the valid period, paid subscription fees will not be refunded, and subscription features will continue until the end of the current period.
• Account Binding: Subscriptions are bound to your Apple ID. When changing devices, simply log in with the same Apple ID and tap "Restore Purchases" to recover your subscription status.
• Payment Failure: If payment fails due to insufficient balance or other reasons, the subscription will be automatically canceled, and you will no longer be able to use premium features.

Specific prices are subject to what is displayed in the app store (such as Apple App Store) and may vary due to regional, exchange rate, tax policy, and other factors.

17.1 Refund Policy

The refund policy for subscription services follows the relevant regulations of the app store:

• Generally, purchased subscription services do not support refunds
• If you need a refund in special circumstances, please contact the app store customer service directly
• We reserve the right to handle refund requests at our discretion in special circumstances

17.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to adjust VIP membership service content, prices, and subscription policies:

• Adjustments to service content or features will be notified to users in advance
• Price adjustments only apply to new subscribers; existing subscribers are not affected during their current period
