• VIP subscription status and purchase history (linked to device ID)
• Free usage quota and remaining credits

• Purpose: To generate personalized intermittent fasting and dietary recommendations based on your individual data
• Processing Method: Data is encrypted during transmission and processed in real-time without persistent storage
• Third-Party Processing: Our AI service partners process your data solely to generate recommendations and do not store or use your information for any other purpose
• Data Retention: Your data is immediately deleted after processing is complete and recommendations are generated
• User Control: You can choose not to use the AI Health Advisor feature, which will not affect other app functionality
• Opt-Out: There is no built-in off switch in app settings for AI features. You can choose not to use the AI Health Advisor, or temporarily disable your device’s network connection to prevent data transmission to third-party AI service providers. Other app functionality remains unaffected

The Application may collect certain technical information automatically for app functionality and improvement purposes:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version and usage statistics (anonymized)
• Crash reports and error logs (no personal data included)
• General app performance metrics

This technical data does not include any personal or health information and is used solely for app optimization and bug fixes.

No Third-Party Analytics or Tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools.

AI Service Data Sharing: When you use the AI Health Advisor feature, your fasting data is temporarily transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing. This data is:

• Encrypted during transmission
• Used solely for generating personalized recommendations
• Immediately deleted after processing
• Not stored or used for any other purpose by the AI service provider
• Completely optional - you can choose not to use this feature

Limited Server Data Sharing: Only the minimal server-stored information (VIP status, anonymous device ID, usage quotas) may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others
• With trusted service providers who assist with payment processing or subscription management, under strict confidentiality agreements

Anonymous Nature: Since we only store anonymous device IDs and no personal information, any shared data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Health Data Protection: Except for the optional AI Health Advisor feature, your health and wellness data (fasting records, weight, HealthKit data, etc.) never leaves your device and is never shared with any third parties.

Complete Data Control: You have full control over your data:

• Health Data: Since all health data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time through the app settings or by uninstalling the application
• Account Data: You can request deletion of your account and associated server data by contacting us at support@dreamcog.xyz
• HealthKit Access: You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through your device's Health app settings

Server-Stored Data: We retain minimal server information (VIP status, anonymous device ID, usage quotas) for as long as you use the application and for up to 12 months after your last app usage for legal and business purposes.

Local Health Data: All health and wellness data is stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to this data and cannot delete it remotely. You maintain complete control over this information through the app interface.

Data Deletion Requests: To delete your device's server-stored data (VIP status, usage quotas), please contact us at support@dreamcog.xyz with your device information. We will respond within 30 days. Note that health data stored on your device must be deleted by you through the app settings or by uninstalling the application.

No Account Required: Since there are no user accounts, you can simply uninstall the application to remove all local data. Server-stored data linked to your device ID will be automatically purged after 12 months of inactivity.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

Health Data Security: Your health and wellness data is protected by being stored exclusively on your local device, utilizing iOS built-in security features including device encryption and secure storage mechanisms. We have no access to this data, providing maximum security.

Server Data Security: For account information stored on our servers, we implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication protocols, and limited access controls. Only authorized personnel have access to account data for legitimate business purposes.

HealthKit Integration: All interactions with Apple HealthKit are governed by Apple's strict security and privacy requirements. Health data access requires explicit user permission and is subject to iOS security controls.

By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing," means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all in accordance with the data storage and sharing limitations described in this policy.
